The TRUMPF Flex Cell is a mobile robotic automation solution designed specifically for the TruBend 7050 press brake.
It allows manufacturers to produce complex or specialised components manually and automate repeatable small parts using the same bending machine. This provides a flexible way to increase output without permanently dedicating the TruBend 7050 to automated production.
When urgent orders arrive or additional capacity is required, the Flex Cell can be positioned beside the machine and connected within minutes. Once the automated production run is complete, the cell can be removed so the TruBend 7050 can return to manual operation.
