The sBLEND G measures every material component by weight to maintain accurate and repeatable recipes. Main materials are dosed through vertical slide valves, while optional screw feeders provide precise dosing of additives.

An integrated mixing chamber creates a homogeneous blend before the material enters the processing machine.The Swift sBLEND G is a modular gravimetric batch blender for accurate dosing and homogeneous mixing of virgin material, regrind and additives.

Available in three sizes, the range supports total average throughputs of up to 300 kg/h and can dose and mix up to four materials.
