Change to spare parts returns process
All our spare parts have a three-month warranty period for failure due to faulty workmanship or materials. Effective as of Monday 23 July 2012, we have adjusted our returns process.
From now on, customers will be required to submit a Request for Return Authorisation document to our spare parts team online or download the form here and fax to 03 9244 3501.
Once the request has been accepted, you will receive a Spare Parts Return Authorisation Number which is to be included with the item sent back to Headland for a credit. Returned items without an authorisation number will not be accepted.
