Introducing MyHeadland your new customer portal

We’re excited to launch MyHeadland, a secure online space that makes working with us simpler. You’ve told us it’s important to have key machine and transactional information available when you need it. 

That’s why we built MyHeadland: A central hub where your equipment and software details, service and application cases, and day-to-day records live side by side in one place. 

At its core, MyHeadland is about open access. You can log in 24/7 to view the information you need straight away. If it’s visible to us, it’s visible to you. 

Built to grow with you  

MyHeadland is more than a portal it’s part of our ongoing partnership with you. We’re launching it in phases, ensuring each step delivers real value and enhances the way we work together. 

For the initial launch, the platform focuses on giving you clear visibility into your data and improving how we communicate.

  • View your transactions (quotes, orders, invoices) 
  • Access equipment or software information 
  • Track service and application support cases 
  • Update contact records (for admin users)  

MyHeadland isn’t a “set and forget” platform, it grows with you. Your feedback is what shapes it, whether that’s telling us what’s missing, what could work better, or what would make your day easier. You’re not just a user, you’re the guide for where this goes next. 

We’ll keep releasing new features based on what you tell us and how you work with us day to day, including self-service options and smarter insights into your machines, software and services, so you can stay one step ahead.

MyHeadland comes with 2 roles:  

MyHeadland – Admin:  Admin users have full access to all features available to the Operations role. In addition, they can add and manage users within MyHeadland for their organisation and maintain contact records. 

MyHeadland – Operations: The Operations role can access day-to-day transactions, including quotes, orders and invoices. The role can also access equipment or software information and the cases related to them.
