The team at Tenze Engineering, made up of 20 employees- ranging from trades people, project managers and office personnel all have two things in common- experience and a passionate dedication to achieving complete customer satisfaction.

At Tenze, reliability is the key to maintaining a strong reputation when it comes to competing successfully in the most challenging of fabrication and erection projects.

Mario Tenze, co-director of Tenze Engineering explained “after so many years, we have so much experience behind us and our customers have confidence in our ability to do the job right – our reliability, coupled with the expertise of our project managers and our tradespeople to work through the most challenging of projects. Our reputation is our most valued asset.”

It is this word of mouth storytelling that allows for Tenze to be remembered- not only are the relationships between the builders and projects managers made stronger, but more importantly, it strengthens the bond between clients and suppliers.

“This goes a long way to keeping us competitive with pricing as well as assisting when we require things to speed up to meet our clients deadlines”, said Damian Tenze (co-director).

Recently, Tenze Engineering purchased the Ocean Avenger CNC Drilling Machine. When asked why they bought this specific machine, the response was based on the increased level of production the machine would generate.

“Our objective was to increase our production levels this year, and we saw the opportunity to introduce the Ocean Avenger to replace what was a very demanding part of our production.”

It now seems as though the acquisition of this machine could not of come at a better time for Tenze Engineering, demonstrated by the significant lift in production in the latter half of the year. “The efficiency of the new drilling machine has exceeded our expectation.  We have more than doubled our output compared to manual handling this component of our production, and the accuracy of the Avenger is 100%.  We are really pleased with the benefits, the Ocean Avenger brings to our production, and we can see it will pay for itself very quickly”.
