This system, called DRILTEC, offers a range of features that includes an SK 50 holder, a motor with a maximum output of 45 kW (S3), automatic lubrication and hydraulic tool clamping, as well as a pneumatic vertical clamp with a plate surface sensor and a capacity for up to two heads. The vertical clamps can be configured to fit any type of plate format, improving the accuracy and quality of drilling and machining. Softened metallic brushes are installed beneath the gantry beams to hold chips and clean the surface of the plates. Under the XX axis, the chips are collected in lateral drawers at the end of each machining cycle. The system also features a permanent load storage capacity of up to 20 positions (SK 50 Holder) with easy configuration of the store and a high-speed automated tool selection.
