The new ATM-19 from SOCO brings the automated process of uncoiling, straightening, end forming, bending and cutting all in the one machine.
This production cell can work with tubes up to O.D.19mm in copper and O.D.8mm in wire; Min. O.D. capacity is 4mm both tube and wire. Equipped with SOCO’s unique DGT technology (Direct Gear Transmission) is the worldwide patented bending system that offers the highest accuracy and repeatability in bending.
It includes built-in the SOCO proprietary software and operation interface, with an Industrial PC (IPC) + Touch Screen, Bending interference and Collision simulator and many other control and software features.
This Production Cell is especially designed for the production of small and medium diameter tubing and wire, and is widely used in industries such as Automotive Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Systems and Home Air-Conditioning.
