CEO, George Yammouni, launched the proceedings and introduced our guests. This included the Mayor of Whitehorse, Bill Bennett. He also thanked our sponsors, BOC and Sandvik Coromant. Gladys Liu, Federal Member for Chisholm, spoke about Headland’s humble, migrant beginnings. And Nina Taylor MLC, Minister Pakula’s representative, spoke about women in business. She focussed on Di Kloe’s pivotal role in the manufacturing industry.
