Why did you decide to choose this profession and what excites you the most about it?
I love all things to do with strategy and business creation– it is difficult, challenging but very rewarding.

What is the most exciting part about your job?
Creation of new ideas, managing change, building the business and the re-alignment of the business.

What story does your family always tell about you?
Tucking my pants into my motorcycle boots…but don’t tell anyone, it’s really daggy!
Michael Lynn – Software and application Engineer
Why did you choose this profession and what excites you the most about it?
To see the advances that have been made in the last 26 years is always exciting. From programming at the machine control with a paper tape and holes punched into it, to now using 3D software to develop and flatten sheet metal components is cool.

Helping and teaching our customers
If you could choose your age forever, what age would you choose and why?
45 as all the kids are under 10 and are not giving too much cheek.

Why did you choose this profession and what excites you the most about it?
I don’t believe I chose it, It was an opportunity of circumstance. The most exhilarating thing about this job is seeing all the hard work come together when a customer is happy and appreciative of the system that you have suggested they buy.

You are never too old to learn
If you could learn to do anything what would it be?
Learn to play a musical instrument, and possibly learn a few languages.
What story does your family always tell about you?
That I am obsessive about being on time!

Why did you choose this profession and what excites you the most about it?
I have always been involved with CNC Machines from a service point of view and I enjoy helping customers and meeting new people.
What is the most exciting part about your job?
Seeing the end result and success story from a customer’s point of view.
