We chatted to Robert Drysdale, National Operations Manager, of Power Equipment about their investment of 6 Hanel lean-lifts and the efficiencies this has for their business. After an initial investment in 2008, the company have invested over time and now have 6 Hanels each with 80 shelves, equalling roughly 3.5km of storage space. Power Equipment have around 13,200 SKUs, from small parts to larger. Hear Robert talk about how they have streamlined their warehousing process, saving valuable warehouse space and picking time.
