AMW 2023 is an exciting event where we get to show off the latest and greatest technologies from our partners. This year Headland Technology will be showcasing the Hyundai XF6300, a 5-axis vertical machining centre designed with the intense performance requirements of the mold industry in mind. On our stand we will be showcasing the high precision 5-xis machining capabilities of the CNC machine on a sample part.
Minimal part deformation with the XF6300
The machines symmetric z-axis structure and the box-type saddle design of it’s x-axis not only improves strength but minimises overall thermal displacement and deformation of machined parts.
Suited for high precision part machining
The long lasting, high precision spindle of the XF6300 not only makes it ideal for high precision parts but minimises downtimes in your operation. The spindle oil chiller also helps ensure constant spindle temperature thereby minimising thermal deformation.
Large operator friendly display
As well as being a highly productive and versatile machining centre, the XF6300 is offers unmatched ease of use. The machine come equipped with a 19” LCD monitor so you can program and keep an overview of jobs with no trouble.
Highly suited for mold machining and more
Although the XF6300 is adaptable to a variety of vertical machining applications, it is especially suited for the high-performance requirement of the mold industry. The specially designed HSK tool holder is applied for precise position with less expansion on the spindle taper during high-speed rotation. All in all, ensuring an excellent level of precision for mold machining.
