We are flexible in our approach and delivery, to ensure we achieve the best outcome for your manufacturing environment.

Our offer includes; CNC Project Management, CNC programming,  New Product Development, Process improvement and Process Documentation.

CNC Project Management

We have a team of highly skilled engineers that can help reduce costs, increase revenue and reduce risk to your business, and we can manage all aspects of the project for you.

We help manage the lifecycle of your equipment to ensure you gain the most out of your investment. We can help you identify when to refurbish, decommission, replace existing technology, conduct cycle time and provide test cuts for full cost/benefit analysis.

We can manage everything from workforce training and project on-boarding. We are here to help provide resources when and where needed, filling any gaps to ensure your production runs smoothly.

CNC Programming

CNC programming includes the following; the study of part drawings, the selection of machining equipment, cutting tools and machining strategies. It also includes the design of jigs and fixtures as required as well as performing cutting trials, quality checks, documentation, process sheets and setup sheets. Our CNC programmers are highly skilled in 3axis and multi-axis programming on milling, turning and turn-mill multitasking machines and can help with all or some of these processes as you require.

New Product Development (NPD)

NPD can put pressure on your existing resources and therefore meeting deadlines is often challenging. We can help you conduct analysis concerning; make vs buy, Product Failure Mode and Affect Analysis (PFMEA), Design for Manufacture Support (DFM), raw material selection, generation of routs for manufacturing, time study, cost study, CAD/CAM programming and all the services listed under CNC programming to manufacture the part.

Process Improvement

Process improvement is an important part of the business as running costs can increase over time. Our aim is to maximise your profitability for each project you run either once off or on an ongoing basis. Our engineers can conduct reviews of your current manufacturing processes, machining times, tooling, jigs and fixtures and also provide time studies as required. Following the review we will discuss the findings with you and upon agreement, we will adjust your manufacturing sequences, NC programs, tooling, jigs, fixtures, raw materials and re-select manufacturing stations as required. Process improvement is often an area that gets ignored due to lack of time, resources and willingness to change, however, it can provide significant benefit to the business either through cost reduction, improving safety or reducing time to manufacture.

Process Documentation

Process documentation is a required part of compliance, it also serves to transfer knowledge or best practice to existing or new employees and provides the necessary basis for training. We can populate tool databases, generate assembly drawings for tooling, parts, jigs and fixtures, write process sheets, setup sheets, detailed manufacturing steps, efficiency reports, tooling costs, inspection templates, FMEA, PFMEA, DFMs and more.

Delivery and Resources

Our CNC consultation services are flexible and adaptive to suit your needs. Our primary purpose is to supply the skills, knowledge and manpower you need for as long as you need. Our engineers can work on-site, off-site or remotely depending upon the requirement. CNC machines, tooling, hardware and in some cases software need to be supplied by the customer.
