While there’s not a lot of maintenance required on Hanel Vertical Storage machines there are a few components that will need replacing after approximately 5 years of use to avoid any unnecessary down-time.

These rollers do wear out over time and will cause you unnecessary down-time if not replaced prior to failing.
If your machine is over 5 years old then you should talk to us about a 5-year maintenance agreement which will include the replacement of these rollers and also give you discounts on labour and spare parts over the term of the agreement.
You’ll receive a completed inspection report after each annual inspection which will identify any potential or current problems with your machine and allow us to make minor adjustments to keep your machine running as smoothly as possible.
