Recently CSIRO Hobart purchased a Maxiem 1530 from Headland and David says it has definitely helped with efficiency and quality within our production.
“The Maxiem 1530 has changed our process and how we approach our problems,” Mr Kube says.
“We can do complex and intricate shapes on any material,
“The waterjet has saved us heaps of time, reduced cost as we aren’t wasting materials and it’s extremely efficient which is what we want in our industry,” he says.

As far as abrasive waterjet technology goes, the Maxiem 1530 has impeccable accuracy and cuts materials with extreme precision.
