The D300 is a highly accurate, high-speed, 5-Axis CNC Machining Center from Makino. With thermal stability, speed and accuracy, high power and productivity, this machine is a top performing work horse.  Predominantly used in the manufacture of aerospace components, high precision parts, electrical, medical and die-cast parts. 

Equipped with a Makino Professional 5 control. This control uses a Windows CE operating system to provide a stable, secure platform with reliable performance with icons for hot links and quick access to critical programs. 

Key features:  

Thermal stability – with a combination of core-cooled ballscrews, temperature-controlled DD motors and spindle. 

Speed and Accuracy – even with a wide variety of workpieces and materials , the DD drive rotary axes enables high productivity. With an interference-free spindle and trunion table relationship, close accessibility to the part can be achieved with ease.

Power – 30 horsepower, 15,000 RPM, CAT40 (or an optional HSK–A63) spindle. 

High Productivity – DD motors for A- and C-axes and high-speed linear X, Y & Z motion. Additionally the D300 is configured with a 60 tool magazine
