The machine’s camera technology allows for over 40 million measurements to be taken in 0.1 seconds with a single click or scan of a barcode. Operators can import a CAD file, inspect the part and generate a report in minutes. The machine has no moving parts, making it easy to maintain, and can be supported worldwide via remote connection.
As specialists in the sheet-metal industry, InspecVision 2D & 3D measurement systems are ideal for the inspection and reverse engineering of manufactured parts at every stage of the production process (flat, folded, welded or assembled). For parts with forms, louvres, pins etc, the SurfScan option can be added. For surface features such as countersinks or blind holes, the Area of Interest (AOI) option is available. O-ring inspection is included as standard, enabling multiple O-rings to be inspected simultaneously and quick visual identification of failed parts using augmented reality.
