The next generation in CNC Automatic Lathe
At AMW 2023 we are excited to announce another new Partner to our portfolio – Citizen Machinery Co UK. We will be showcasing the next generation of the Citizen Cincom L32XII, Sliding Headstock Type Automatic CNC Lathe. This machine will be demonstrating its advanced features which have been proven essential for many industrial applications. Citizen Machinery’s ground-breaking LFV (low-frequency vibration) is a technology for performing machining whilst oscillating the X and Z servo axes in the cutting direction in synchronisation with the rotation of the spindle. It reduces all problems caused by swarf entangling with the component or tool and is effective for small-diameter deep-hole machining and the machining of difficult-to-chip materials.
Benefits of the Cincom L32XII
The machine offers the ability to switch between guide bush and guide bushless operation, with the added feature of LFV cutting. It also has an optional 38 mm diameter bar capacity and comes equipped with a workpiece conveyor as standard. Cincom L32-XII is a 9-axis model including two Y-axis and B-axis control with excellent cost performance.
Which industries is the Cincom L32XII best suited for?
The L32XII – A wide range of modular tooling ensures that the new L32 is both versatile and flexible to meet your production demands in the future. It is suited for several industries including medical, dental, and repetition engineering. Its characteristics allow for the simultaneous execution of several tasks and the machining of complicated structures, such as implants used in medical treatment.
