This dry-working deburring machine has an abrasive belt, disc or both. The 12 Series is available in two sizes, 225 and 600 mm. You can deburr a huge variety of metals.
If set up with a grinding belt and a rotating disc, the grinding belt removes vertical burrs from laser, die and water jet cut parts in stainless steel, steel, aluminium and copper.
The disc removed the side burs. The disc can also produce edge rounding at the same time. One set up to complete rough grinding of heavy-duty burrs and finishing.
